“Nkayi District in Matabeleland North district has a severe shortage of schools which is forcing people to walk long distances to the few available ones.
The district has 14 wards with eight secondary schools and eight primary schools,” reads part of the article.
However, according to the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education’s records, it was discovered that the area has 85 primary schools and 32 secondary schools, neither does it have 14 wards as research showed that Nkayi has 30 wards.
